Sick Slick New Interface at Bwin

Bwin’s online poker site just got real slick real quick.  There latest update includes great visuals and a convienent easy to use interface.  The upgrades to their poker client software bring a slew of new options.

Some of my favorites are:

Resizable tables and function menus -  You want to open up three windows at once with three or more different tables.  You want to change the size of each them?  Now you can.  Expand or contract the windows to your liking.  If the buy-ins are different you can make the windows vary in size to importance.  Or put them in a neat grid across the window.  It’s your choice.

Each table has a content panel, with increased features over the last one.  You want to toggle or minimize those features on different tables.  Now you  can.   The three functions:  Chat, the virtual table, and promotions each have resizable fields of their own.  So not only can you control the window, you can customize the organization of the panel too.

What About a Mac? – You’ve got no problem Bill Gates haters.  Just as Ive mentioned in the past, this version also has bwin’s Downloadable Mac client.   Nothing is lost between the windows and Mac verison.

The Lobbies Are Swollen with Information – Now you play online poker and pick out your table from the lobby instead of previewing or starting each table.  Browse all the tables at once from the main lobby is a time-saving feature which will let you find your friends to play or fish to target.

Included are some easy to use filters on the poker table lobbies that you can tweak to your liking.   Add in new ante tournaments, sit and go queues, and the bwin site has become a state of the art example of listening to their customers wishes and supplying it.  There have been a few glitches reported early but no more than any new software and everything seems to be running smoothly now.

The playing experience has already been topnotch at bwin but these new features will make it even easier. Some of them are exactly what players have been asking for, but most go one step beyond. Definitely some cool, user friendly upgrades, and tweaks in all the right places.
